The purpose of the Maintenance Department, is to ensure the availability and the reliability of the installations of SONARA with a policy of suitable maintenance. It is a question here of ensuring on the one hand the coordination of all the components of the Maintenance activity of the refinery and other to ensure the management of the equipment maintenance activity of the refinery and the effective realization of new works.
This policy falls under a process of activities which goes from staff organization to the quality of subcontracting services.
Objectives
- To reduce the costs of maintenance by developing preventive and predictive methods of maintenance,
- To adapt the means available to SONARA to the right needs for the refinery,
- To contribute to the profitability of the refinery by developing dialogue and team work between all the hierarchical levels
- Compliance with safety regulations
